💧 Overview

Tohickon creek releases two times a year. It is a short run that can be done in about 30-45minutes. It is pretty standard to get two runs in but there is glory for those that do three runs.  Get flowers, chocolates, whatever to attract a shuttle bunny for the day. It makes a huge difference here.

See the latest updates on American Whitewater. If you plan on attending Green race, you'll want to catch the March release since the Green is in November.

⛺️ Where to stay

Many people will camp at the takeout/event area but it is cold. There are a limited amount of places to stay so you will want to book early if you want a warm place to sleep at night. Most of the crowd comes out for a day.
