💧 Overview
The Stony Creek Rendezvous is a very family friendly fair weather paddling event. My favorite part was the night surfing under the lights! Packing food is always good but there are food trucks serving three meals a day.
There is a mass-start race and freestyle event each year and I would highly encourage anyone to participate!
Release Hours for Main Stony Canyon: As of 2024 release begins a 7:00am, gets to the Hollsopple Ball Field Access by 10am and then begins to drop at 2:00pm.
⛺️ Where to stay
Camping is at the event at
Green House Rd, Johnstown, PA 15905. It is a large park but this is also a large event. You will ABSOLUTELY need to
show up early and with your group at the same time. It fills up fast.
